I am a tactile learner. This means that in most situation, I find it easier to understand and recall information if I use this method. I basically learn best from hands-on experiment. These are the things I can do to help myself learn is to rewrite notes, think through a problem while doing something physical, use role playing to practice skills or act out what I learn, and take short break for physical activity while studying.
