Baby steps
1. Set a goal to use a planner for 1 month. Stick to it.
2. Identify your biggest time wasters, and try not to spend so much time on them
3. Are you the person who says yes to everyone if so have the courage to say no.
4. If you have an important test coming up dont be a procrastinator , study a little each day
5. Pick a fear that's been holding you back from your goals, now for the next week overcome that fear.
