How to Care for the Muscular System
Something that we stride to do every day is to keep ourselves healthy, safe, and un injured.
You can protect the muscular system by doing many things. You can get a good nutrition which makes your muscles stronger. Also every night you should get 8-12 hours of sleep. Before every activity you should do a warm up which loosens your muscles. After it is over you should cool down because it gets rid of waste products that build up during exercise.

Running everyday is very healthy for your body.
