Mixture of elements :: the Big Bang Theory predicts how much of of each element should have been made in the early universe and that is just right when we look at distant galaxies. You will also notice that stars that are older will have a different composition than newer stars

Microwave Background :: in very early history the universe was very hot and as it expanded it left behind a glow. The Big Bang Theroy doesn't only predict it should exist but that it should be visible through microwaves. People have measured the cosmic microwave background with orbiting detectors which makes this old evidence for the Big Bang Theory.

The redshift of galaxies :: This says that the universe is probably expanding. If so than it had to be a tiny dot at one point. Then the rapid eruption of this tiny dot was the Big Bang.
