Buddhism

Buddhists believe that Buddha is not a god. Gods and deities are cultural. They also believe that your after life depends on your present life. When we die, our spirits find a new body. If you die and did bad on earth, your spirit goes into a lower class body. Buddhists meditate for enlightment.

Buddhism originated in India, Bodhgaya in about 563 B.C. The religious leaders are Ashin and wirathu. Their sacred book is called a Tipitaka.
