How can I determine a genetic disease? (Cont.)

Other diseases, such as Turner Syndrome, are an effect of monosomy. This is when only 1 of the usual 2 chromosomes are present.

Here, we can see that the x chromosome is missing it's sister chromatid. (That's bad too.)
