This book is about a girl called Katniss Everdeen.She lives in a country called Panem.Every year two people from each district are picked to compete in the hunger games.The hunger games are very brutal only one person survives.You have to kill everyone else to survive.At first Prim Katniss's sister is picked as a tribute but Katniss volunteers to go instead.
She and a boy called Peeta have to compete in the hunger games.
I give this book four stars because it is quiet gruesome.

