Cosimo de Medici was born on September 27, 1389 and he died in 1464. He was born in Florence, Italy. Cosimo de Medici represented the Medici bank. He also found that education was very important in life.He eventually became the wealthiest in his time. He controlled Florence which started a dynasty that held power for centuries. He is still important to this time because he influenced people to become bankers and to get a good education.
