In this video Ellen embodies empathy because she saw that this family was struggling. The family had 4 kids with many bills to pay, even with both parents working full time they still struggled. Ellen wanted to help the family through there hardship so she pulled her strings and gets together with Target. Target is furnishing there whole entire house and giving them a $10,000 gift card!!!!
