Dead lifts

To start this one your going to squat as if you were going to sit in a chair. While doing this keep your back straight. Do not approach the weighted bar until ready. When ready, firmly grasp the weighted bar, and rise into a standing position. Next, lower bar back down to the floor. Repeat this process as many times as you'd like. Always keep your back straight.
