Fullers imagination knew no bounds, he dreamed big.He imagined a huge dome, big enough to cover downtown Manhattan! This idea struck millions as "science fiction". He didn't imagine that this dome would be produced in the next century, if ever. He meant it to surprise us, to wake us up and realize that the sky is the limit for engineering feats.
