Kevin Neal case

-Kevin neal murdered 11 year old, India Smith and 4 year old, Cody Smith in Columbus, Ohio
-the children's cause of death was by asphyxiation
-the two children died in July 1997 between the days of July 9th and July 14
Motive to the vicious murder was revenge for the mother, Sue Neal because she cheated on him.
