Growth plans

Exact steps in a growth plan vary. Exact steps can be customized by district.

1. Teacher creates a Growth plan and submits it to administrator.

2. Administrator approves or returns plan with suggestions for improvement.

3. Teacher implements plan in the classroom and updates status of the Action Steps in the system.

4. Administrator monitors growth plan progress through classroom observations.

5. Once the teacher has met goals, the administrator can finish the plan.
