Cuban Missile Crisis

In October 1962 as the world was on the brink of a nuclear war, the United States discovered that the Soviet Union had secretly stationed nuclear weapons on the island of Cuba. The United States demanded that the Soviet Union to withdraw their weapons. After the problem had been fixed, each side have been careful to not get into more fights.
