Dear Sir/Madame

On the 14th of April 2014 I bought a brand new Canon 360 camera in Harvey Normans for €550. I put a copy of the receipt in the envelope.

When I tried to use the camera it would not focus for me. I adjusted the setting as Paul, a worker in your store, advised me to. However this didn't fix the fact that the camera wouldn't focus, and shortly after the VCR screen turned black. The camera shut down and I am unable to turn it back on.

As the camera was like this when I bought it, it is not of merchantable quality as outlined in the Sale of Goods and Services Act.
