The deoxygenated red blood cell enters the right side of the heart from the superior and inferior vena cava.

It first enters the right atrium, then on to the right ventricle through the tricuspid valve.
From the right ventricle, the RBC goes through the pulmonary valve into the pulmonary artery and on to the lungs.
