My hypothesis was correct that burpees would increase the heart rate the most. Burpees averaged out to be 145 beats per min and the lowest average was 106 beats per min which were sit ups. I think that this was correct experiment because we followed are directions.The exercises is the dependable variable, the heart rate is the dependent and the number of times we did each exercise was constant.
