To make sure that I get reliable results I made sure that there heart rate was back to normal before we did the next exercise.
Some safety issues that we took were to stretch before we exercised and make sure no one had asma.
I am doing this experiment so that I can find out which one of these five exercises increase heart rate the most.
I tested exercise and heart rate.
