Poison ivy

- Poison ivy is a common plant in Michigan. It grows all across the forest floor and also can climb up trees in vines. If you are affected by this plant, on contact it will cause a itchy red rash that will be annoying and will stay they for a couple of weeks.

- you can usually find this plant in big clumps on the forest floor. To identify it, the plant has three leaves on one stem. The middle leaf is usually bigger.
