This artwork represents power, strength, and pride. One reason is the Lamassu is a composite Creature of a winged-man headed bull, serve as a guardian which represents power, and strength. But pride because it's a protecter of its kind. compared with Laocoon And His Sons he's feared by surpents but uses his power to fight them off, but also represent as a guardian because he's trying to protect his sons, and get out of harm.
