Plot

This book takes place in Chicago, ruined by past chemical warfare. These people that they called the founders created a wall that surrounds all of Chicago, to protect it from enemies. To keep peace in the city the founders also created a government system that involved certain factions to protect and bring order to society. Each faction has their own specific set of skills to keep things running smoothly in their society.
