List of supplies

1. Small sandwich bag zip top

2. Sodium bicarbonate

3. 14 grams of citric acid

4. 20 ml of water each time

Start with one gram of both sodium bicarbonate and citric acid put both in the bag and add 20 ml of water and seal fast observe how much it feels up the bag experiment by changing the amount of either reactant to use the least amount to fill the bag.
