The job role I chose to research into was Production Manager.

What does a Production Manager do?
- Involved with the planning of the production and has control over the manufacturing process. Everything must be produced at the right time, cost and level of quality.
- Oversee's production process and makes sure it all runs smoothly.
- Makes sure that the budgeting and the cost of the production is correct.
- Involved in product design.
- Monitors production and adjusts schedule if need be.
- Responsible for equipment.
- Make sure health and safety is followed.
- Works with managers to create and achieve goals.
- Motivates and keep an eye on other team members.
- Reviews performance.
- Puts training in place if need be.

A production manager is involved in most aspects of the production and works closely with most people, especially people who are working within the team.
