STEP BY CHANGE

Step Change is a professional development to help individuals who show exceptional talent within the arts.

It supports those from certain backgrounds who may not have had the chance to be involved to gain knowledge and practical experience because they are usually overlooked.

Within the programme these particular individuals will be able to be coached and mentored by professionals who are currently in the industry or who have worked in it previously. They will be able to experience a different role, discipline or scale of organisation and will leave the course with a greater understanding of the industry and the way it works.
