First Book began working with Arjuna Solutions several months ago to provide us expert technical assistance with our growing data needs.


The perspective Arjuna has brought to our organization has dramatically influenced the way we are thinking through our growth strategies.


First, they have done a great job diagnosing the issues involved with our multiple data sources and solving the problems, on-time and with the highest quality work. That cleansing and integration of data will enable us to create a reliable data platform for the consumption of forward looking predictive analytics.


Second, the phase one analytics provided us with a framework for an initial profile of our “Best Betty Customer”, which we leveraged during the pilot phase to increase our success rate in repeat sales to 53% from 16%. The chief growth lever for our model is activity on a transactional marketplace that serves the base of the economic pyramid.
