6- Push the plunger in slightly until there is no air left in the syringe.

7- Now we are going to create a vaccuum. Hold your finger over the opening of the syringe and slowly pull out the plunger. Hold for ten seconds while swirling the leaves around inside. Now release the plunger, it will snap back, and wait until the disks sink in the syringe before removing your finger.

8- Pour the disks and the solution from the syringe into the appropriate clear plastic cup.
