On Friday, the container was taken out to to mini stadium by Keila and Mackenzie. The egg was dropped from the bleachers which were 7.75 meters high, onto the concrete floor. Our container weighed a grand total of .6609 kg.(This was including the egg which was .0609kg) the egg fell to the ground in 1.79 seconds. After the container was retrieved the outer container needed to be cut open in order to get the peanut butter jar out since it had exploded and gotten peanut butter all over the cotton balls making it difficult to retrieve the jar. Once the jar was take out the egg as removed for examination. The egg was unaffected and had no damage.
Hazards of this project include dealing with sharp objects, heights, and messes!
