Journal Entry #3 - age 14

At the moment, Mom is really stressing about me getting married to Arsensius, who's the son of one of the most wealthy families here in Rome. Mom doesn't know that I have been talking to Lucius, who is a Plebian. If mom found out that I was associating myself with a Plebian she would literally kill me.
Lucius and I have been talking for a little over a year now. I still remember the first day I saw him at the market helping his father out with his work. I would be lying if I said I didn't like him, he's been all I have been thinking about lately..
