V12: Most V12 engine is used in Racing vehicles (Example, the Bugatti Veyron, and every Lamborghini all has a V12 engine.)

V8: Every factory made V8 engine is used in a lot of Sedans, Coupes, Trucks, SUV's, and sometimes in Drag Racing cars.

V6: Most V6 engines are used in Sedans, and Coupes, but also used in Trucks, SUV's, and also used in some Racing cars.

V4: V4's are not used in very much types of vehicles, V4's are normally used in just sedans, coupes, SOME SUVs, Racing Cars, and possibly motorcycles but not much at all.

CC also known as "Cubic Cementer": CC engines are used in just Go-Karts, some Dune Buggys, lawn mowers, and Motorcycles.
