In England and Australia, many people take a rest for tea in the late afternoon. This is called afternoon tea. They usually have afternoon tea at about 4:00 pm. Afternoon tea can be served with biscuits, cakes and Lamingtons. Lamingtons are cake covered in chocolate with coconut.

Back when there were the 13 colonies, colonists learned how to grow corn and many different crops that they used it in many ways, such as Indian Pudding.
Northern and southern Italy are very different. North Italy is very fertile, so they can grow good crops such as barley and grapes, whereas, South Italy is very dry and much smaller, so that affects the food and dessert they are able to make. One crop they grow is tomatoes. What makes the food special is that they have totally different ingredients to make totally different food.
