Armstrong, or "Miss Annie", was involved in many different ministries in Maryland.

Missions of Maryland

She was the secretary of the Maryland Missions Rooms. She helped create the constitution for the Women's Missionary Union.

She spent a lot of her life trying to lead African Americans to The Lord as well. She believed everyone should have an opportunity to know The Lord.
