Many things can affect the lives of endangerd sea turtles. Each species of sea turtles are effected a little bit differently. Clearly the biggest threat to sea turtles is being entangled by a fishing net. Many people don't realize how many sea turtles die each year because of hurricanes, change in food chains, and being hurt due to a fishing net. Research shows that the life span of sea turtles has decreased by 20 years or 20%. Sea turtles are capable of living for 100 years but now the avarge life span is only 80 years. Sea turtles are endangerd and it's our duty to help them.
