Why?

1. There are not enough skills being transferred at the lowest LSM (Living Standards Measure) group

2.Unemployment remains one of South Africa's biggest challenges - this leads to a multitude of other social issues

3. It seems impossible for government and big business to create enough jobs for the South African population. For a lucky individual to even get an interview, transport to get there is always a problem
