Skills transfer

1. We are 20 years behind when it comes to artisan training, there are many skilled jobs available however a lack of skilled artisans to fill these positions

2. Companies are only now starting to engage again in apprenticeship programmes

3. We must not underestimate where the starting point is with our adult learning programmes. Our experience shows that the majority of our adults in the low LSM's can not yet use a calculator
