The first-generation Kinect was first introduced in November 2010 in attempt to broaden Xbox 360's audience beyond its typical gamer base
Older models of the Xbox 360 have since been discontinued. The first new console to be released has a 250 GB hard drive, while a later less expensive SKU features 4 GB internal storage.

PS3
The PS3 was released on November 11, 2006. Although it would never pass the ps2, the ps3 was a good console. Others would argue that xbox 360 is better than ps3, ps3 currently leads in sales against the xbox 360. The ps3 was released with a built in Blu-ray player. PS3 has sold over Units 80 million units as of November 2, 2013.
Along with this the Playstation portable was released in 2004. The Playstation 3 had compatibility with the psp. Along with the blu-Ray and portable devise compatibility with a portable devise the playstation's Playstation network was free compared to the xbox 360s xbox live which cost money.
