Property in Riots

Oklahoma suffered about $15 million in today's money worth of property damage. Michigan suffered $21 million in today's money worth of property damage. In North Carolina, the office of Alex Manly's "Daily Record", the only black daily in the state, was burned. In Florida, Rosewood, which had been home to about 25 black families was burnt down. In Illinois, 40 black homes were burned. In Arkansas, Louisiana, and Georgia there was no property damage.
