A Simple-Truss Bridge is a bridge that transfers it's load to a structure called a truss.
The bridge used to be made of wood because of the excess of timber. In recent times, they are made of metal or steal.
The building of these bridges started in the 1870. The steal bridges were made starting in 1910.
