What are the advantages of Wind Energy over electricity generated by a traditional power plant run by fossil fuels?

wind energy is fueled by the wind, so its a clean fuel sorce. wind energy doesn't pollute the air like power plants that rely on combustion of fossil fuels, such as coal or natural gas. Wind turbines don't produce atmosphere emissions that cause acid rain or greenhouse gasses.
