The Holy Spirit in the Old Testament

Ruah- speaks of God's mysterious, powerful, and life-giving presence

This is the spirit's work and creation among the chosen people

In the Old Testament, people lacked a clear idea of the Holy Spirit- they didn't think of like a separate person in the Holy Trinity

The idea wasn't developed until Jesus revealed it
