On December 20, 2013 police pulled over a suspicious vehicle for reckless driving. Little did they know that more than a DUI bust was about to be unfolded. When the police pulled over Stephen Tatum, they discovered he was under the influence of alcohol so a breathalyzer test was distributed. In relations to that, Mr. Tatum blew a 2.0. Police continued to search his vehicle and found a trash bag full of women's clothing drenched in blood.
