Birth of the RBC

If the RBC was born in the humerus it would enter the heart through the superior vena cava. Then it would go to the right atrium to the right ventricle out to the pulmonary arteries to the lungs to get oxygenated. The valves keep the non-oxygenated blood and oxygenated blood from mixing.
