Sam Rayburn

Was a part of the House of Representatives before he was elected into the US congress.

He was named Speaker of the House. He was also in congress for 48 years, and named leader of a Legislative passing.

Helped make the New Deal in the House of Representatives. He also helped in WWII with financial support in the Legislature. He also created a war risk insurance.

Hard-worker- he did all he could to help America's economy.

Determined- he was in Congress for 48 years.
