Lord of the Fries: The Fallen Angel

Fallen Angel! That's bad for some people, but for some it's nothing. But they say this as a different meaning.
They use a simile, " enough snow had fallen to bring Dow an angel." Now they don't mean it literarily but the main character had a friend who had choir practice. Might he be the fallen angel?
