Vidstone - Serenity Panel

Vidstone is a company that was founded by Sergio Aguirre. It offers a new way to honor the deceased threw digital memorials. It is called the Serenity Panel and is solar powered with a 7in LCD screen with a video length of 5-10 minutes long where you can put photos, video, and even poems of your loved ones. At the price of $5,000 is it worth it? According to CBS in 2007 they weren't selling many.

I am a traditionalist and although I love technology I wouldn't want a Serenity Panel. When I go to a cemetery I would want quiet. For me it is a place to reflect so I think it isn't appropriate. To me a cemetery is supposed to be a solemn place.
