Running is a easy form of exercise that many people overlook. They think that the only way running can help you is when someone is a marathon runner, but this study shows that it is wrong. Running can help a person if they are consistent with it. People sometimes do not realize how healthful running can be, even if it is only for 30 minutes a week. Presently, people are lacking in exercise and have excuses with, "too hard to go to the gym" or "too busy" but running is an easy form that does not take much time.
