Types of tropism
Phototropism- is when the plant grows toward the sunlight. It's the plant responding to
The light source
Geotropism- is the plants reaction to gravity. It will mostly grow down due of course to the gravity. The downward growth of plant roots
Hydrotropism- can be a positive or negative thing. It's when the plant or plant roots grow away or too a water source due to lack of water or to much.
Thigmotropism- is how the plant grows to physical contact. For example if it's near a stick or tree it may wrap around the tree
