Natural resources and Environmental rights

The biggest issue in Kansas is the water aquifers and reservoirs. The Ogallala being the biggest and most important. Brownback will strengthen the clean water act. The maintained water sources will keep Kansas strong with Ag and in communities. The water of Kansas needs to stay in Kansas and stay clean. Sam also goes into detail about the federal government needing to pay for the use of a Kansas citizen's land.
