What skills are required for this job?

"Well if you're applying for engineering, you have to assume the basic skills are math and some chemistry. The big thing is logic and also being rational. So a lot of logic and a lot of creativity. And make sure to keep track of all the details of everything! Don't take a clock apart if you don't know how to put it back together!"

In your opinion, do you think this field of work is growing or decreasing?

"Oh it's definitely growing. There are lots of demands. There is a lack of engineers- especially females. But the world keeps advancing in technology so we need more engineers."

How many hours do you work in a typical week?

"At least 40 and not more than 80! It also depends on how much you like to travel. Traveling sounds great until you have to do it for a living."
