Summary of what they do:

Mechanical engineers design, develop, build, and test mechanical and thermal devices, including tools, engines, and machines. They have to plan and draft what they want to build after they get an idea. After they draft something, they have to go to manufacturing to see if what they have designed can be built.

Summary of what I learned:

I learned that this career takes lots of time and effort. You have to work at least 40 hours, and you might need to put in more work time for the project you are working on. You also need to be able to cooperate and communicate well with the other engineers. And sometimes, you have to travel to work on devices in various places.
