July 6, 1942 was the day where Anne and her family's life changed forever when they moved into a secret annex, at a building where her father worked.

As days went on they were joined by four others who Anne found to be dippy and self centered. Anne became closer to her father as Margot to her mother. While hiding Anne built up a talent in writing and wanted to become a journalist or writer.
